Connie Rupprecht, a longtime Shelby resident, has been making pottery for many years.
Her art background, aided by her early years living in many parts of the world and her experience painting most of her life are evident in her pottery.
Having studied with Keith Lambert, Doug Knotts, and Tim Stiles at Gaston College and with Ben Owens III at Penland School has resulted in a focus on functional pieces useful in everyday living.
