Note Cards & Boxes

It all began in the swamps of Louisiana with carving duck decoys and building pirogues used to hunt ducks, catch bull-frogs and catfish for dinner, and snakes for a zoo.

I consider what art and woodworking skills I have to be self-taught, but I must give credit to all the people who answered all my "how did you do that" questions over the years.

The early influence of Ms. Betty Lawrence and Mr. Ivan Richardson led me to sports cartoon training in New Orleans, then on to college, electrical engineer, family man, and corporate management for way too LONG -------

Finally I have time to indulge in a lifelong love of woodworking, carving, cartooning, painting, and playing a bit of golf.

(and still hunt the ducks)
